Student Mobility Grants

Australian Government mobility grants are also available each year to support study to various destinations, especially Asia.There are a number different mobility funding initiatives supported by the Australian Government:

New Colombo Plan (NCP)

A signature initiative of the Australian Government, the New Colombo Plan has two key program funding elements:

A Mobility Program that will support increasing numbers of Australian undergraduate to undertake study or Internship/Mentorships in the Indo-Pacific region. This includes semester grants ranging from $3,000 - $7,000 and short-term grants ranging from $1,000 - $3,000 and;

A Scholarship Program: that will provide opportunities for individually selected undergraduates to undertake long-term study in the Indo-Pacific region. These prestigious scholarships provide each successful applicant up to AU$67,000 to contribute towards their international study experience.

All Government funding is applied for annually by the University and the supported destinations will change each year.
