The Wollongong Academy Tertiary Teaching and Learning Excellence (WATTLE) is holding a ‘climate connect’ remote session on Friday Oct 23rd 12.30-1.30pm.
This event will bring academics together to chat about how to talk ‘climate’ in our classrooms. Everyone deserves a climate education. As a higher education institution, UOW prepares young people for their future and climate is part of this discussion.
This connect session will showcase how different disciplines are having this important discussion (content, readings, assessment, projects…) and provide the chance for you to ask questions, discuss challenges and leave with an action of how you can bring climate learning (SDG 13) to life for your students.
