This seminar is targeting students and academics who are beginning to use qualitative research methods as part of their research. Matthew will provide a practical introduction to using qualitative approaches, with a particular focus on key tips for producing qualitative research of a publishable standard. This seminar will cover the topics of philosophy and the role of methodological coherence, tips for conducting an interview, and determining an appropriate sample size.
