MEET THE PANEL

Natalie Lennon
Founder & Director, Two Sides Accounting

Natalie is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with 20 years’ experience working with and in various small, medium, and multi-national businesses. Winner of Accountant of the Year in the 2021 Women in Finance Awards, Natalie is the Founder and Director of Two Sides, a boutique firm in Sydney’s South and has a team of 6. Natalie’s mantra is to work smarter, not harder through the application of streamlined processes and smart technology, assisting clients to meet their goals and achieve their why. She also has her own podcast - Totally Bossing It.

Vincent Ching
Managing Director, Head of Hong Kong, Retail Distribution, Value Partners Group

Based in Hong Kong, Vincent is a finance specialist with over 15 years’ experience in investments and asset management. Since he has led diverse teams for Value Partners, one of Asia’s largest independent asset management firms. Prior to joining Value Partners, Vincent held the role of Vice President with BlackRock Asset Management North Asia, providing investment advice to support and grow businesses through the use of iShares, Exchange Traded Funds and Mutual Funds. He also held the role of Vice President with CCB International Asset Management, where he was the First point of contact for financial intermediaries and prospects on mutual fund products.

Abigail Pei Xuan Wan
Analyst, HSBC Malaysia

Abigail graduated from a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Marketing in 2020. Post university, she held roles with Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan and GrowthOps, a growth services partner based in Malaysia. During this time, the harsh effects of the COVID19 pandemic were being felt around the world. Filled with a will to make a difference, Abigail founded present experiences, offering retreats, workshops and classes in Kuala Lumpur that focus on cultivating wellness, presence, and connection. In addition to running her own business, Abigail now works as an Analyst within the Global Graduate Programme (Wealth & Personal Banking) for HSBC Malaysia.
