Unsure of where your science degree can take you? Come along to this Q&A Panel Session to hear from industry professionals and UOW Alumni about the career path their science degree has led them on. This event is designed to help you gather knowledge about the diverse range of career paths for science graduates, as well as tips and tricks from the panellists.
Panellists will share their career pathways, inspire you with their stories, and provide invaluable insights into embarking on a successful career. This is a fantastic professional development opportunity to further enhance your knowledge and to assist in planning for a rewarding career after university.

Thomas Doyle - Senior Scientist at Department of Planning and Environment
Thomas is currently working as a Senior Scientist in the Science, Economics and Insights Division within the Department of Environment, Industry and Planning. He studied an undergraduate environmental science degree before completing his PhD in the SEALS faculty at UOW.
Aimee Beardsmore - Natural Resource Officer at Department of Planning and Environment
Before commencing her current role with the Department of Planning and Environment, Aimee worked at Wollongong City Council for 9 years. She also graduated from UOW in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Biological Sciences.
