Healthy lifestyles are becoming increasingly recognised, however the evidence for different elements of lifestyle is highly variable. Self-management gives people diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) a sense of empowerment and feeling of control.
Our panel of clinicians and researchers, including those with lived experience, will explore the emerging research in lifestyle management.
