Jen Green and Cammi Webb-Gannon, members of the Centre for Colonial and Settler Studies, are presenting some of their 'work-in-progress' for discussion and critique by academics interested in joining in. Contact camellia_webb-gannon@uow.edu if you are interested in participating. Papers will be circulated one week prior to the event.
The papers under discussion are:
- Green, Jen: "Agency and voice: Using critical theory to reposition children from refugee backgrounds when considering their transition to school in Australia"; and
- Webb-Gannon, Cammi: "Amplifying Indigenous Voices in Decolonial Research: A Case Study of West Papua”.
The aim is to engage in academic debate and assist authors via the provision of constructive feedback to prepare their work-in-progress for publication.
