The panel

Suzanne Haddon
Founder and Director, Rooland & RooCreate

Suzanne Haddon is the visionary behind Rooland and RooCreate, leading the eco-design movement in the branding industry for over two decades. She has collaborated with some of the world's top 500 companies, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to excellence. She is also a founding member of Circular Plastics Illawarra determined to see problem plastics in the Illawarra  eliminated and all plastic packaging is reduced and either reused or recycled.


Tania Jones
Manager of Sustainable Market Development, Green Gravity

Tania Jones has over twenty-five years’ experience in corporate technology, governance, and management systems; ESG investor relations and reporting; community and stakeholder engagement in the Energy, Oil and Gas, Mining and Manufacturing sectors.


Belinda Gibbons (Host)
University of Wollongong, Acting Dean of the School of Business (Host)

Associate Professor Belinda Gibbons is the Acting Dean of the School of Business for the Faculty Business and Law at the University of Wollongong. Belinda specialises in responsible and sustainable development decision-making, reporting and impact combining 25 years of academic and corporate experience.


Pia Winberg
Director & Chief Scientist, Venus Shell Systems 

Pia Winberg has over 25 years of experience in the marine industry and academia, focusing on coastal ecology, fisheries, and sustainable aquaculture. She leads Australia's pioneering seaweed biomass and extracts development and production at Venus Shell Systems.
