The Graduate Research School invites all incoming HDR candidates to a 2-day HDR Induction, held Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 of February 2024. This event will be held on UOW main campus, with online options available for those who cannot attend in person.

The two-day event will be facilitated by the Graduate Research School (GRS) and involve a range of sessions that will set new candidates up for their first year and ensure they have the best experience at UOW.

Presentations will include:

Transforming into Strong Researchers;
Managing your Thesis;
What to expect from your Higher Degree Research Experience;
Respectful Relationships and Safety at UOW;
Researching Ethically and with Integrity,
Using EndNote,
and much more.
