In the evolving landscape of health innovation, the integration of human-centred design and trans-disciplinary collaboration is crucial for developing impactful solutions. This presentation delves into the strategies and practices that drive successful health innovations. We will explore the principles of human-centred design and co-design, emphasising the importance of involving diverse stakeholders and users throughout the development process.

Attendees will gain insights into effective cross-disciplinary collaboration, learning how to navigate and integrate diverse perspectives to create holistic solutions. We will discuss practical strategies for fostering collaboration, overcoming challenges, and leveraging tools to facilitate productive teamwork. The presentation will also highlight the translational aspects of research, focusing on moving innovations from the lab to real-world applications and commercialisation.

Through a practical demonstration of a design process framework, and discussions on funding, partnerships, and intellectual property, participants will gain insights on how to develop and scale real-world health innovations effectively. Join us to discover how a collaborative, user-centred approach can drive meaningful impact in health innovation and beyond.
