Our expert in residence, Suzy Pickles, PhD student and avid Illawarra-based home grower and preserver will guide you through the process of pickling, ensuring you can enjoy your favorite fruits and veggies all year round.

Learn how to take your excess produce - such as cucumbers, carrots or radishes - and preserve it for use in the weeks or months to come.

This hands-on event will take place at the Early Start kitchen, where you'll get to taste and take home your delicious creations.
