Navigating Culture Shock and Fostering a Culturally Safe and Inclusive Research Environment
This workshop will help you understand the dynamics of culture shock, build self-awareness and resilience, and develop new strategies to help you succeed. We will also reflect on the importance of cultural safety and our responsibilities to be inclusive within the academic community. This seminar aims to foster a deeper understanding of cultural safety, its significance, and practical steps to create an inclusive environment for all.
