Australian energy prices
Professor Rabindra Nepal can comment on energy and energy prices. Professor Nepal is an internationally recognised researcher specialising in energy-related economic and policy analysis from the School of Business. Professor Nepal is a founding member of the UOW Blue Energy Futures Network and an international advisory board member of Energy Policy.
Professor Nepal is available to speak this Tuesday 1 April, Wednesday 2 April, and Thursday 3 April.
World Autism Understanding Day (Wednesday 2 April)
Associate Professor Amanda Webster can discuss Autism Month and World Autism Understanding Day (Wednesday 2 April). Associate Professor Webster is the Academic Program Director of the Autism postgraduate programs in the School of Education. Her research and teaching focuses on creating Inclusive learning communities to support the achievement and self-determination of individuals on the autism spectrum.
US President Donald Trump
Doctor Daniel Fleming can talk about United States President Donald Trump and the current political climate in the US. Dr Fleming is a historian with expertise in the US civil rights movement, US history and politics, race, gender and class. He is a lecturer in the School of Humanities and Social Inquiry.
Mental health funding
Professor Timothy Wand is available to speak about mental health and calls for more funding ahead of the upcoming election. Professor Wand is a registered nurse and has worked in the field of emergency mental health for more than 20 years. He is an advocate for more dedicated mental health nurses in emergency departments. Professor Wand is from the School of Nursing.
