Professor Crozier-De Rosa is a historian whose expertise covers a range of topics from woman hate, and feminist and anti-feminist uses of history, to women’s movements, abortion activism, and campaigns for women’s monuments and libraries. She is a Professor in the School of Humanities and Social Inquiry.
Dr Gómez Romero is a human rights expert who has practiced law in Mexico. He was a high level policy advisor to Mexican President Vicente Fox’s transitional government and a researcher at the Mexican Federal Judiciary Power. He often writes about the relationship between the United States and Mexico.
Domestic and gender-based violence
Dr Lewer is an academic in the School of Nursing. She is a Registered Nurse whose research interests include the impacts of domestic and sexual violence on health and wellbeing. Dr Lewer says primary prevention needs to be evidence based and co-designed with lived experience experts.
Dr Loney-Howes is a criminologist in the School of Health and Society. She is an expert in the use of digital platforms for activism against sexual violence and alternative reporting options for survivors of sexual violence.
Professor Spangaro researches interventions to address sexual and domestic violence both in Australia and internationally. Earlier in her career Professor Spangaro was a social worker with people impacted by sexual and domestic violence. She is a Professor of Social Work in the School of Health and Society.

Associate Professor Paloyo is an economist in the School of Business. He is an expert in issues related to human capital, particularly in the fields of labour, health, and education economics.
Dr Nikidehaghani is an accounting expert in the School of Business. Her research focuses on the relationship between accounting and issues of social justice and public policies. Dr Nikidehaghani is often called upon to contribute to discussions of public policies at the national level.
Professor O’Brien is an economist and the Director of the Centre for Human and Social Capital Research. His research interests include segmented labour market theory, econometrics, older worker employment issues and hidden unemployment.
