Heart of Artness: Ep 2: Art With Heart, A Two Ways World wins gold in New York

Associate Professor Siobhan McHugh continues to receive high accolades for her production of the podcast Heart of Artness: Ep 2: Art With Heart, A Two Ways World, being awarded GOLD at the New York Festivals Radio Awards 2019.

This work was a collaborative effort with Siobhan producing the podcast receiving the gold award in the Culture and Arts category, along with colleagues Senior Professor Ian McLean (UOW) and Margo Neale (National Museum of Australia), Yolngu artists and art centre folk. 

'Proof that podcasting empowers marginalised voices' states Siobhan, this podcast exposes the listener to tragic events in North East Arnhem Land in 1911 and beyond.
