Bolortsetseg Myagmarjargal, a Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong alumnus from Mongolia, completed her Master of Human Resource Management in 2023 and now works as a Human Resource Manager in the Aged Care Industry.
Bolortsetseg's career took a significant turn during her last trimester at UOW when she undertook the subject International Workplace Practice (GWP900). This led to an internship opportunity that eventually transitioned into a position in her current industry, marking the beginning of her professional journey in HR. Despite initial nervousness, Bolortsetseg embraced the opportunity, highlighting the value of seizing chances that come your way.
Reflecting on her time at UOW, Bolortsetseg emphasises the importance of communication skills, both verbal and written, which she gained during her university years. These skills have been instrumental in her professional life, aiding her in various tasks from report writing to conducting research.
