PhD title: Growing cultures: cultivating culturally diverse ecological knowledge
Ananth’s research focuses on small and medium scale agriculture and wild food foraging. He is part of an ARC Discovery Project, ‘Sustainability and climate change adaptation: unlocking the potential of ethnic diversity’. Ananth is interested the intersection of cultural diversity and ecological knowledge. Methodologically, he prefers immersion and fine-grained qualitative methods.
