You will be removed from all subjects you were enrolled in.
-
You will no longer be able to access Moodle.
-
You will not be able to attend classes or sit exams.

Will this affect my student visa status?

How to be reinstated into cancelled session and subjects
-
Within 20 working days, pay all applicable fees (fees = outstanding tuition fee + $450 late payment fee + non-refundable $100 reinstatement fee).
-
Full details are outlined in the cancellation letter sent to you or contact Student Central on (02) 4221 3927 or askuow@uow.edu.au for further advice.
How to appeal the late fee
-
Special circumstances have made it impossible for you to pay your fees by the census date (last date to pay your fees)?
- You will need to pay all applicable fees (fees = outstanding tuition fee + $450 late payment fee + non-refundable $100 reinstatement fee) before appealing the late fee.
Can I come back to UOW in a future session?
-
Non-payment of tuition fees is a potential breach of your student visa conditions (maintaining financial capacity).
-
UOW will not be able to consider any further offers to study at UOW.
-
Contact DHA on 131 881 to discuss your options – your student visa may be seriously affected.
