What you need to do to get your results on 28 November
On Thursday, 28 November, final subject results for Spring Session and Trimester 3 will be published in SOLS. For smooth sailing on the day, it’s a good idea to double check that you’ve completed some key administrative requirements.
If you fail to complete the below requirements, your results may be ‘withheld’.
-
Pay your fees
To be able to view your results, you’ll need to make sure all your fees are up-to-date. This could include tuition fees, Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) for the session, or even accommodation fees. To see what you owe and make a payment, login to SOLS and select Fees > Fee Statement.
Please note: Online payments take three working days to be processed. Faster payments can be made in person with the AskUOW team at Student Central (Ground Floor of Building 17, Wollongong campus) between 9 am – 4 pm weekdays.
-
Pay any Library fines
Make sure you’ve paid all outstanding Library fines. You will need to visit or contact the Wollongong campus Library via uow-library@uow.edu.au or 02 4221 3545 to make a payment.
Find information about regional and metropolitan campus libraries here.
-
Complete your compulsory modules
StartSmart and Consent Matters are compulsory modules for some students - make sure you have completed them both (if required).
TIP: Do them early! If you complete these modules after results have been released, it will take up to 24 hours for your results to show.
Can’t see your results after 28 November?
If you have completed all of the above and are unsure why your results are withheld, please contact the AskUOW team.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
All students are required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when logging in to SOLS. Like MFA for your UOWMail and other systems, you will only have to authenticate at least once every 30 days, and you will not need to authenticate when using the UOW network on campus. For more information, visit the SOLS help page.
Supplementary and Deferred exams
If you need to take a Supplementary or Deferred exam, these will run from 9 – 13 December, 2024. You will be contacted via SOLS on 10 July with more information.
