Semester exchange deadlines
Spring 2025:
- USA/Canada*/UAE/Asia** - 10 January 2025
- /Europe/UK/Latin America - 7 March 2025
Autumn 2026:
- USA/Canada*/UAE/Asia - 6 June 2025
- Europe/UK/Latin America - 8 August 2025
NOTE: Students submit one application for either the USA/Canada/UAE region deadline OR the Asia/Europe/UK/Latin America region deadline. Students cannot combine preferences from the two different regions.
*CANADA DEADLINES: McMaster, Alberta, Victoria, UBC, Concordia and Toronto have only ONE deadline which is the Spring deadline.
**ASIA DEADLINES: Students applying for the Westpac Asian Exchange Scholarship for Spring 2025 must apply to UOW by the 1st December 2024.
Short course deadlines
There are no deadlines for short course applications unless a student wishes to be considered for a UOW travel grant. Students must submit their application by the below dates if they wish to be considered for a UOW travel grant.
Winter Programs: 15th April
Summer Programs: 15th September
