The Student Success Hub is a welcoming, peer-led space open to all students. Whether you want to study, relax, socialise, or attend workshops, activities, and events, you are welcome to use the space during operational hours.

The Hub also offers free resources, including informational pamphlets on support services, as well as emergency food packs, menstrual products, and other personal hygiene essentials.
The Student Support Hub is also staffed from 11.30 am – 2.30 pm by a Peer Learning Coach. Make sure you drop in for non-subject specific academic skills support, guidance and advice from a senior student, who is here to support you throughout your UOW journey!

How Peer Learning Coaches in the Student Success Hub can help you
Our friendly Peer Learning Coaches are senior university students who know how the university works. They can help you by:
- Listening to your university experiences and helping you settle in
- Explaining how to navigate the university campus and online systems
- Assisting your development of academic skills such as time management, assessment planning and maintaining positive study habits
- Sharing tips and tricks for succeeding at university
They can also help you access the wide range of services at UOW that are available to support your success at university, including:
- The UOW First Year Community
- Social and extra-curricular activities
- Wellbeing support
- Indigenous student support
- International student support
- Student Accessibility and Inclusion (SA&I)
- Careers and Employability, including UOWx
- Peer study programs, such as Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS), and much more!

Using the space
All students are free to use the Student Success Hub at Wollongong campus. Come and study, hang out with friends and connect with our Peer Learning Coaches. The Student Success Hub can also be booked for larger groups and events. Please come and chat with us and we will try and accommodate your needs!
