If you are affiliated with UOW Pulse as a Club or Society, please refer to the UniClubs handbook for information on booking rooms and spaces for events on campus.

All casual room booking requests for WUSA are to be submitted via email to info@wusa.uow.edu.au 

For all library room bookings please visit the Library page. Any questions regarding Library room bookings need to be directed to the Library. 

Students requiring to book a room that is related to their subject/course should request their subject coordinator make a booking on their behalf through the web room booking system.
