This self-paced workshop is available online only.
What is involved?
UOWx has developed a series of self-paced online seminars that provide information relevant to each of the 6 UOWx Learning Streams. Each seminar focuses on a different topic area, aiming to address skills that contribute to personal and professional development. They are designed to take around 2 hours to complete, and include videos from leading UOW Alumni, staff and industry professionals, information and interactive activities.
The Community and Social Change Learning Stream seminar is titled Future Ready Graduates and you will hear from UOW students engaged in the UniLife Volunteering programs.
How do I benefit?
This workshop, Future Ready Graduates will explore the following ideas:
- T-shaped people
- Experiential learning
- UOW’s volunteering programs
- Toolkit: finding your motivation for volunteering
How do I register?
You can self-enrol in the UOWx – Online Interactive Seminar Moodle at any time and complete this workshop.
Minimum requirements for UOWx recognition
To receive UOWx Recognition, you must:
- Complete the Future Ready Graduates online seminar
- Email the Completion Certificate to uowx@uow.edu.au and it will be added to your UOWx Record
