How is the program run?

This program is running face-to-face only.


What will I do?

The International Short Course Program provides students with the opportunity to study (or intern) overseas for a shorter period of time - usually 2-8 weeks during our summer or winter semester.


How will I benefit?

You will:

  • enhance your employability skills
  • build your leadership and problem solving capabilities

How do I get involved?

  1. Check out our short courses and internships page for short course opportunities.
  2. Students will need to submit the UOW International Short Course and Study Abroad Application Form to the Office of Global Student Mobility by the specified deadline.  

Are there any special requirements for this role?

Students should consult the requirements for their particular program.


Minimum requirements for UOWx recognition

You will need to complete a reflective report about your international experience upon your return.

*If this overseas study opportunity is a requirement of a UOW subject or your course, it is not eligible for UOWx recognition.
