This program is running both face-to-face and online.
What will I do?
As a Library client service officer you will assist clients with a range of enquiries and effectively support them to access Library resources and services.
How will I benefit?
As a CSO, you will:
- Enhance your problem solving and organisation skills, particularly in regards to service provision
- Develop intercultural and community awareness
- Gain reference and resource seeking skills
- Enhance your ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders

Minimum requirements for UOWx recognition
To receive UOWx Recognition, you will need to complete the following:
- An "engaged" student will need to complete a minimum of 20 hours within a calendar year
- A "highly engaged" student will need to complete a minimum of 60 hours within a calendar year
