Overview

Management (major)

Managing is both an art and a science, involving strategic planning, systematic organisation, and effective leadership of a team towards achieving success. Effective managers adeptly navigate challenges, inspire team members, strategically utilise resources and make socially responsible decisions to drive success.

The management major provides you with a multifaceted learning experience, offering opportunities to understand and optimise business processes, explore the intricacies of sustainability and social responsibility in corporate contexts, and master the art of leading people.

Students will gain invaluable hands-on experience through engaging in internships or participating in capstone projects, ensuring a well-rounded and experiential understanding of their field of study. Plus, you have the option of applying for an internship to gain valuable experience whilst receiving credit towards your degree.
