Overview

The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Double Major) will equip you with the fundamentals of engineering, both technically and via communication skills. Faculty members who drive relevant and cutting-edge research will teach you how to apply this knowledge in real situations, preparing you to engineer the future.

The first year of study allows you to learn more about engineering and its various fields. From second year, scholar students will also have the option to complete a double major.

Your degree also includes 12-weeks hands-on industry experience, either in Australia or overseas, as well as a range of industry projects and other career-ready learning opportunities.

Applicants must achieve the required score in a previous qualification, equivalent to completing at least 13 years of schooling in Australia.


Compulsory Work Based Placement
This course contains a total of 420 hours of compulsory work-based placements, completed over 12 weeks (at 35 hours per week) throughout the degree.
