Overview

The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Scholar) is designed to provide an enriched education experience, and to encourage high achievers to continue onto studies in masters and postgraduate research degrees.

This program is available by transfer only following completion of one year duration at UOW in 48 credit points with a minimum weighted average mark of 80 of the equivalent non scholars degree.

Applicants must achieve the required score in a previous qualification, equivalent to completing at least 13 years of schooling in Australia.


Compulsory Work Based Placement
This course contains a total of 420 hours of compulsory work-based placements, completed over 12 weeks (at 35 hours per week) throughout the degree.
