Overview

The Diploma of Engineering provides guaranteed* entry into the second year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at the University of Wollongong (UOW). 

You will gain the skills to succeed in your UOW bachelor and cover core first-year engineering subjects, blending theoretical and practical components for hands-on experience in fundamental engineering areas and explore various engineering disciplines, including maths and physics. You will also graduate with a Higher Education Diploma to help get you into the workforce while completing your bachelor's degree. 

This course consists of three sessions, each lasting 14 weeks, and is offered by our pathway provider, UOW College Australia. See the course outline for more information.

UOW College offers three intakes each year, giving you the flexibility to start your studies at different times throughout the year.
