Overview

The Graduate Diploma in Business Administration is designed as a pathway into the Master of Business Administration or a standalone qualification for experienced professionals with ambition and drive who wish to develop their responsible and sustainable leadership skills.

You will gain a holistic strategic business point-of-view required to operate effectively in an increasingly competitive and changing global business world.

In addition to the first phase of the MBA structure where you will learn to diagnose issues in real organisations, you will also start to explore the latest thinking and practices from leading organisations and research worldwide, evaluating emerging options in today’s business environment. You will also get the chance to fine-tune your skills in research, creative thinking and problem solving, ethical decision-making, communication and teamwork.

Domestic students have the option to study on campus or via distance delivery mode. Distance refers to learning activities that do not require you to attend campus, but instead allow you to join pre-scheduled virtual classes.

Successful completion of the Graduate Diploma in Business Administration provides a pathway to the Master of Business Administration (MBA), with credit for all eight subjects completed during the Graduate Diploma.

See the course handbook for more information.
