The Master of Management program is designed to propel your career to new heights by equipping you with the essential tools to become a talented and sought-after manager.

Graduates of the Master of Management will have conducted thorough analyses of various organisations, exploring the intricacies of managing others effectively through diverse and inclusive leadership, and understanding organisational behaviour, structures and cultures.

They will have hands-on experience in leading and executing organisational change, handling projects, and utilising competitive advantages in the evolving global market. Furthermore, graduates will possess the skills necessary to navigate the intricacies of the contemporary business landscape, showcasing adaptability and strategic insight in a dynamic and competitive setting.

Throughout this degree, you will be supported by our dedicated student support services built around your individual needs. Our student advisors, academic staff and careers consultant are available each week for advice and guidance.

We also offer a variety of scholarships available for both domestic and international students ranging from 10% to 100%, so you can invest in your future.

For a two-year program, this degree can be combined with a second master’s degree from Sydney Business School, UOW.

Fee subsidised places available

UOW is offering Commonwealth supported places (CSPs) for all of our postgraduate coursework degrees in 2025. This means the Australian government will subsidise your tuition fees by up to 75%. To be eligible for this fee subsidy, you must meet the following criteria: Be a domestic student, i.e. an Australian or New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident of Australia or a permanent Australian Humanitarian visa holder.

A recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%,
OR
A Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%,
OR
A recognised master’s degree in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%.

Other tertiary qualifications, combined with extensive professional work experience, will be considered.
