Individual Applicants under this Credit Transfer Arrangement must consult the Faculty of Science, Medicine & Health before enrolling in any subjects to assure they meet the University’s graduation requirements.

An additional 12 credit points (Grad Cert) and 48 credit points (MSc) are required to complete the following University degrees offered by the Faculty of Science Medicine and Health.
• Graduate Certificate in Gerontology and Rehabilitation (1615), and
• Master of Science in Leadership in Gerontology and Rehabilitation (1616).
• Students articulating from the Graduate Certificate in Gerontology and Rehabilitation (1615), to the Master of Science in Leadership in Gerontology and Rehabilitation (1616).
will be awarded no more than 24 CP of credit for completion of Clinical Rehabilitation Transition Support Program (CRTSP)
