Hi I'm Antra I'm an international student from India

I did my Diploma of Business at UOW Colege

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business at UOW with a major in Marketing

I've grown up in a very small town in Northeast of India

Growing up, the opportunities were very limited. I knew I wanted something different and that was looking to study abroad.

When I was researching online UOW College and UOW stood out to me the most as one of the top universities in Australia.

When I first arrived in Australia, it was a mix of excitement, happiness, and a hint of fear.

My mom definitely was very proud of me. I was excited but she was more excited for me knowing that I would get opportunities that she never had.

The teachers at UOW College really helped me not only professionally but also personally and answered every question no matter how silly they seem.

I think one of the best things about UOW College is how diverse it is and you meet people from all over the world and actually build relationships and friendships that will hopefully be the long lasting.

The support and staff at UOW College really helped me have a smooth transition to my degree with such a diverse and strong community at college

Moving into Wollongong it's such a fun place to be, you have from surfing to rock climbing. There's so many societies and clubs you can be a part of Wollongong is very safe and you'll find community here.

UOW campus in itself is so beautiful whether its playing table tennis with some friends every day or just hanging out in a beautiful garden.

One of the biggest advice would give to any future student would be put yourself out there, there's so many opportunities. Looking back at my journey, I'm most proud of the life that I've created for myself in Wollongong.

Studying at UOW for a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Marketing was a transformative experience. Outstanding faculty, practical curriculum, diverse student community, and strong career support prepared me for success in these fields. Mia Le Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management and Marketing)
